As a trainer and sales representative for Compliant Technologies, Tim provides agencies with access to the G.L.O.V.E. and other nonlethal compliance solutions, along with the professional instruction needed to deploy them safely, effectively and responsibly.

Through Bishop Defense, Tim also assists law enforcement agencies with firearm trade ins, equipment evaluations, duty weapon upgrades and new system procurement. From assessing existing inventory to coordinating the acquisition of replacement equipment, he helps simplify the process with transparent pricing, compliant handling and personalized agency support.
